| Summary / Zusammenfassung | This project integrates core concepts of motivational psychology and leadership theory. More specifically, we analyze the influence of both individual and dyadic motive constellations within leader-follower exchange processes. We are interested in the influence of motives on different dependent variables as relationship quality as well as important organisational outcome variables (e.g., performance, commitment, job satisfaction). With this project we make an innovative contribution to a motivational analysis of leadership. | ||||
