Summary / Zusammenfassung	With several studies, we investigate the effects of surface- and deep-level diversity on group processes and outcomes, such as the elaboraton of information, group performance, and conflict. While placing a special focus on the antecedents and consequences of diversity perceptions, we research groups in several environments: In the laboratory (employing video coding for interaction analyses), in the field (relying on survey data), and in the virtual world (behavior tracking in 3D-Environments).
