Summary / Zusammenfassung	Interventional closure of secundum type atrial septal defect (ASD) can be performed with or without fluoroscopy by transesophageal echo guiding. Aim of the study was to evaluate procedure related differences of ASD closure with or without fluoroscopy with regard of patient selection, limitations and indications.
