| Summary / Zusammenfassung | In this study the pathway of care of vulnerable schizophrenic patients after discharge from psychiatric hospital is assessed. Aside from detailed documentation of all services in the defined catchment area of Mannheim psychopathology, needs for care, quality of life and social support is documented.
