| Summary / Zusammenfassung | This project is complementary to the sister project with almost the same title: Gene therapy in children with X-linked chronic granulomatous disease (CGD). The aim of the project is the production according to good manufacturing practice (GMP) of a clinical grade batch of SPsLdS retrovirus vector for use in a phase I clinical trial. | ||||||
