| Summary / Zusammenfassung | This study is part of the evaluation of the Olympic Games 1996/2000 (Summer Olympics) and 1998/2002 (Winter Olympics) conducted by the Swiss Olympic Association (SOA) in a project entitled the Swiss Olympic Report. The goal of the study is to evaluate, from the viewpoint of the athletes, the quality of the services provided to the athletes by the SOA prior to, during, and following the Olympic Games 2000 in Sydney and 2002 in Salt Lake City. | ||||
