| Summary / Zusammenfassung | A number of studies are investigating job satisfaction in employees at psychiatric clinics and surveying staff members on their evaluation of their superiors. As planned, the "job description questionnaire" by Neuberger and Allerbeck will be adapted for use in further investigations in clinics. | ||
