Summary / Zusammenfassung	Different regions of the reward system of the human brain will be investigated as to their beta-endorphin levels and the data will be put in relation to the hypothesis that beta-endorphin present in the reward pathway regions is instrumental for the development of addiction from opioids and other drugs
