| Summary / Zusammenfassung | Among the different types of traumatic events who may lead to a subsequent posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), clinical and scientific interest, until now, never focussed on posttraumatic reactions in operation crews of airborne rescue services. In a cross-sectional design a representative assessment of resources and risk factors influencing adjustment to and consequences of stress, especially traumatic stress, in the operation crews (medical staff, pilots, members of the alarm and operations centre) is undertaken. | ||||||
