| Summary / Zusammenfassung | Postpartum anaemic patients with anaemia (Hb < 10.0 g%) are randomized in treatment with i.v. iron sucrose with or without recombinant EPO. During improvement of anaemia laboratory parameters will be assessed as well as anaemia symptoms by using standardized tests such as SLC 90 symptom check list. In addition stress parameters such as cortison in mothers saliva will be assessed. It is the aim of the study to observe whether improvement of anaemia leeds to improvement of physical and psychological morbidity. | ||||
