Title / Titel	Stress reagibility of HPA-axis in patients with borderline personality disorders

Summary / Zusammenfassung	Borderline personality disorder is characterized by a wide array of psychopathological symptoms. Foremost, the occurence of daily periods of aversive tension is pathognomonious for the disorder. Thus, patients with BPD are exposed to high levels of stressful experiences. It is suggested that reagibility of hpa axis is disturbed in patients with BPD. This study examines the effect of acute psychosocial stress on endocrine parameters in patients with BPD.
