Title / Titel	Functional Analysis of PrP subdomains

Summary / Zusammenfassung	PrP consists of several independent subdomains. The aim of the project is to determine functional entities within PrP. Hybrid proteins consisting of PrP and Dpl subdomains will be used in order to map functional parts. The known Shmerling mouse phenotype will be used as a functional read out system.
