| Summary / Zusammenfassung | The aim of the project is to determine the role of scrapie-carrying CD8-lymphocytes in the direct infection of the brain. Two animal models will be used: CL4-TcR-HA (mouse expressing a transgenic T-cell receptor against influenza virus hemagglutinin); GFAP-HA (mouse expressing hemagglutinin on astrocytes). | ||||
