Summary / Zusammenfassung	People adhere to implicit theories about the malleability versus fixedness of personality characteristics (e.g., intelligence, morality). These implicit personality theories affect social perception and the way people interact with others. In the project these theoretical assumptions are applied to the context of leadership. It is analyzed how implicit personality theories of managers relate to the evaluation of their co-workers and to their leadership behaviour.
