Career tracks of university graduates in the context of their goals and commitments in family and in personal life
Original title / Originaltitel
Berufliche Laufbahnen von Hochschul-Absolventen und Hochschul-Absolventinnen im Kontext von ihrem Engagement in Familie und Freizeit
Summary / Zusammenfassung
Career choices of university graduates, male and female, are examined under the perspective of their commitments and goals in their personal lives. One of the questions examined by the study is the extent to which the differing career tracks of male and female graduates of the same academic programs can be explained by their activities and plans with regard to family and personal life (non-job-related pursuits).
