| Summary / Zusammenfassung | Various personality questionnaires used in personnel selection were tested with regard to their robustness (changes in visual format) and their structural validity. The findings show that a change in presentation has effects that are often greatly underestimated. A new study examines the extent of answer distortion in personality tests that are being used. | ||||
