| Summary / Zusammenfassung | Women and men are known to differ in their health and risk behavior. In terms of risk behavior, men tend to drive more recklessly than women, as an example. Gender roles have been made responsible for reckless driving in that the identification with a male gender role is said to be responsible for reckless driving. Empirical evidence for such a claim is only correlational at present. The research project aims to test with an experimental design whether the male gender role is causally responsible for reckless driving in men. | ||||||
