Title / Titel	Human Capital and Business Success

Summary / Zusammenfassung	It is of great importance for both human resources manager and scientist to empirically detect a relationship between human capital factors and business success. A project in cooperation with the Human Capital Club (HCC) Switzerland has been set up to deal with human capital indicators on the one hand and indicators of business success on the other hand in order to be compared with each other within different business sectors. It is assumed that a strong peculiarity of human capital indicators becomes apparent in economic success as well, especially in a long term perspective.
