Title / Titel	"Army XXI" - Redesign of the Draft

Summary / Zusammenfassung	Within the framework of the reform of the army, "Armee XXI", drafting will be redesigned as well. More weight will be placed upon psychological assessment of recruits entering obligatory service. Among other things, assessment should yield indications of mental robustness and of potential for officer training.
