Process evaluation and outcome evaluation of the KOSTE project directed by the 'Swiss federal office of public health' (BAG) in cooperation with the 'Conference of the cantonal social directors' (SODK) aiming to support and coordinate stationary drug abuse therapy programs offered in Switzerland.
