Summary / Zusammenfassung	In this project, we are investigating self-regulatory processes in professional development. We assume that interindividual differences in the use of general life-management strategies (e.g., selecting and pursuing personal goals) predict career-related activities that, in turn, foster subjective career success (e.g., career satisfaction) as well as objective career success (e.g., salary, promotions). We investigate this research question based on a sample of 1200 university graduates.
