Summary / Zusammenfassung	Evaluation of exercise capacity in patients with tetralogy of fallot before and after pulmonary valve replacement. Correlation with data from the MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) The aim is to know, whether treadmill test gives some additional information about optimal timing of pulmonary valve replacement in these patient group.
