| Summary / Zusammenfassung | Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome with right septal or paraseptal accessory pathways causes excentric septal mechanical activation and may provoke left ventricular dyssynchrony and dysfunction. Aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation of the accessory pathways on LV function. |
