Summary / Zusammenfassung	Little is known about effects of hippotherapy (horse back riding) in children with neurodisabilities. The aim of this study is to investigate shortterm effects (postural stability, spasticity, etc. ) and related motivational factors, which is assumed to be important key in neurorehabilitation of children.
